1

In a large bowl, add 4 cups of water, 1 and 1/2 cups of pickle juice, 1/3 cup of salt, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix well.

2

Add the chicken to the mixture, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.

3

In another bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

4

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of accent, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

5

In another dish, mix 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk until well combined.

6

After 3 hours, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and pat them dry.

7

Dredge the chicken in the milk mixture, then in the flour mixture. Firmly pat down to ensure the flour adheres to the chicken.
