Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a long strand and braid them together to form a loaf.
Place the braided loaf on a greased baking sheet and cover with a cloth.
Let the loaf rise again until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
