1

Add mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and mix together.

2

Add 1 teaspoon of chili juice to the sauce and adjust to taste. Refrigerate until needed.

3

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add 3 tablespoons of butter and a little bit of oil. Allow the butter to melt.

4

Add 2 large onions to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and mix with the butter. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring constantly.

5

After 25 minutes, add a few splashes of Maggi to the onions and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until done. Transfer to a smaller skillet to keep warm.

6

Season the divided ground beef with salt and black pepper, and press it down to form patties.

7

Heat the same skillet over high heat and cook the patties for 3 minutes on one side.

8

Flip the patties and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side.

9

Top each patty with cheese and caramelized onions, then place another patty on top.

10

Spread sauce on both halves of the burger buns, then add tomato, lettuce, patties, and peppers before topping with the other half of the bun.
