Add 1 pound of ground beef to the crock pot.
Add half a bag of frozen onions (about 1 onion) to the pot.
Add 1 green bell pepper to the pot.
Add garlic on top of the ingredients in the pot.
Pour in tomato sauce and petite diced tomatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixture.
Pour in 1 cup of water.
Add 16 oz of elbow pasta to the pot and stir everything together.
Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours until the pasta is al dente.
