Cut the beef and clean it.
Partially cook the beef, mixing well until browned.
Add enough water to cover the beef and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Chop onions, cabbage, fresh tomatoes, and carrots.
After 10 minutes, add the sliced carrots and more water to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the carrots are cooked, add the chopped cabbage and let it cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
Turn off the heat and in a separate pot, add a bit of oil and sauté the onions.
Add a spoonful of seasoning broth to the onions while frying.
Blend garlic, onions, parsley, and vegetable oil with a little water to make a marinade.
Add fresh tomatoes and spices to the mixture.
Stir in the tomato paste and mix well for 5 minutes until homogeneous.
Take the beef broth and add it to the sauce, mixing well.
Add a teaspoon of salt and adjust seasoning with pepper and any other spices needed.
Mix everything together and add the broth water from the beef.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes on medium to low heat.
Check the sauce consistency; it should start to thicken and smell good.
Let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
Serve hot with plain basmati rice and a squeeze of lemon juice.
