Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring to combine; cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared lettuce leaves, creating cups for serving.
Top with chopped peanuts for added crunch before serving.
