Dörde böldüğümüz 1 adet soğanı rondoya al.
Üzerine yıkayıp doğradığımız 1 adet kırmızı biber, 1 adet yeşil biber ve 2 diş sarımsağı ekleyerek rondoyu çalıştır.
Ardından doğradığımız 3 adet domatesi de ilave ederek rondoyu tekrar çalıştır.
Rondodaki tüm karışımı bir süzgece alarak suyunun süzülmesini sağlayalım.
10-15 dakika suyunun süzülmesini bekledikten sonra tüm malzemeyi bir karıştırma kabına al.
Üzerine 1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası, 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası, yarım demet kıyılmış maydanoz, 1 tatlı kaşığı kuru nane, 1 tatlı kaşığı pul biber, 1 tatlı kaşığı sumak, 1 çay kaşığı tuz, 2 yemek kaşığı nar ekşisi ve 3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağını ekleyerek karıştır.
Güzelce karıştırdığımız ezmemiz servise hazır. Maydanoz ve limon dilimleri ile süsleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
