Check black beans for rocks and debris.
Wash black beans thoroughly, scrubbing them by hand.
Rinse the beans and wash them two more times for cleanliness.
Add 56 ounces of water (about 7 cups) to the beans.
Add 48 ounces of water (about 6 cups) to the beans.
Add 2 garlic cloves to the beans.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the beans.
Let the beans soak overnight or cook them the same day.
Boil the beans for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes until tender.
Check if the beans are cooked by squishing them; they should break easily.
Blend the cooked beans until pureed and silky.
Strain the blended beans to separate the juice from the pulp.
Add 2 cups of water to the strained bean mixture and strain again to extract more juice.
Dispose of the pulp after squeezing out the juice.
Add thyme and parsley tied together to the bean sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the sauce.
Add 1 chicken flavored bouillon cube to the sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of adobo seasoning to the sauce.
Poke the scotch bonnet pepper with garlic cloves and add it to the sauce.
Add 1 can of coconut milk to the sauce and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the sauce and let it thicken.
