2 cups cooked shredded beef

1 jalapeño (finely diced)
1/2 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1/4 pickled onion slices
2-3 tablespoons Onion Pickling Juice (or substitute with lime juice)

In a bowl, add lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
