20 BBQ FAILS AND GRILLING HACKS TO MAKE PERFECT MEAL

- ●1 ripe pineapple
- ●2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ●1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●1 tablespoon melted butter
- ●1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- 2Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple, then slice off the skin and remove the core.
- 3Cut the pineapple into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
- 4In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- 5Brush the melted butter over both sides of the pineapple slices.
- 6Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the pineapple slices.
- 7Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is caramelized.
- 8If desired, drizzle honey over the grilled pineapple before serving.
- 9Remove from the grill and serve warm as a dessert or side dish.

- ●4 hamburger buns
- ●4 slices of cheddar cheese
- ●Lettuce leaves
- ●Tomato slices
- ●Pickles
- ●Ketchup
- ●Mustard

- 1In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
- 2Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- 3Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a grill, oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- 4Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them over.
- 5If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- 6Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 7Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- 8Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
- 9Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.

- 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 5If using, gently fold in the blueberries into the batter.
- 6Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 8Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 3Skewer the marshmallows on sticks or metal skewers.
- 4Place the marshmallows on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes, turning until golden brown.
- 5Remove the marshmallows from the grill and dip them into the melted chocolate mixture.
- 6Roll the chocolate-covered marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- 7Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before serving.
