2 cups bell peppers, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups green squash, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning blend

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (about 450 degrees Fahrenheit).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add some olive oil to the bottom of the baking sheet.

Chop and add bell peppers, broccoli flower, carrots, green squash, and garlic to the baking sheet.

Drizzle more olive oil on top of the veggies.

Season with sea salt and Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning blend.

Toss everything together to mix well.
