30g (1/2 cup) chopped parsley
15g (1/4 cup) fresh mint
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
300g (1 1/2 cup) diced bacon
1/2 red capsicum (~ 120g)
1/2 green capsicum (~ 120g)
2 tomatoes (~ 300g)
1 red onion (~130g)
1 brown onion (~ 130g)
5 garlic cloves (~ 25g)
1 small lemon
1 1/2 tsp salt
