Boil 3 guisquiles in salted water until cooked, being careful not to overcook them.

Prepare a pot of boiling salted water to cook the guisquiles.
Cook the guisquiles until they are tender but not too soft.
Remove the guisquiles from the water carefully to avoid breaking them.
Mash the guisquiles slightly and fill them with fresh cheese.
Prepare a sauce by boiling tomatoes, garlic, and onion together.
Add chicken bouillon to the sauce for flavor.
Heat vegetable oil in a separate pot for frying.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the egg yolks and flour to the mixture.
Coat the stuffed guisquiles in the egg mixture before frying.
Fry the guisquiles in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove the fried guisquiles and drain on paper towels.
Serve the guisquiles with the prepared sauce on top.
