Go to the supermarket and grab kyoi, eggplants, and cabbage.
Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
Slice the kyoi and eggplant, placing them in a bowl.
Cut up the carrots and add them to the bowl.
Sauté saton meat and mushrooms in a large pot.
Add oil and tomato paste to the pot and sauté until cooked thoroughly.
Add fresh garlic and chopped onions to the pot and sauté to remove water and add flavor.
Add the sautéed meat to the pot.
Add the sliced vegetables (eggplant, kyoi, carrots, cabbage) to the pot.
Pour water into the pot and cover it.
Blend the mixture of vegetables and meat after cooking.
Add blended mixture back into the pot with spinach and watercress.
Season with pepper, fresh thyme, onions, and hot sauce before covering the pot.
