Hamburger Sliders

1 pound 80/20 ground chuck

Break up 1 pound of 80/20 ground chuck into sections.

Form some of the ground chuck into slider-sized patties and some into regular-sized burgers.

Preheat the griddle (Sizzle Cube) on the grill.

Spread cooking oil on the griddle.

Season the burger patties with salt and pepper before placing them on the griddle.

Cook the burgers on the griddle until they have a little color on both sides but are not fully cooked.

Remove the burgers from the griddle and set them aside.

Place sliced onions on the griddle and cook them slightly.

Put the burgers back on top of the onions on the griddle.

Place slider buns on top of the burgers.

Cover with foil to steam the burgers and buns on low heat for a bit.

Once steamed, remove the buns and burgers from the griddle.

Assemble the sliders by adding cooked onions on top of each slider.
