Hamburger Sliders

12 buttery brioche buns

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon organic black truffle olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup hot cheetos (for garnish)
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickles (for garnish)

Shape ground beef into patties, keeping them circular like hockey pucks.

Place patties on a plate lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
