Hamburger Sliders

Hawaiian rolls
1 ripe avocado
mild green chilies
1 garlic clove

Cut Hawaiian rolls in half to prepare for sliders.

Scoop out the ripe avocado into a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of mild chilies, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and a pinch of kosher salt to the avocado.

Mash the avocado mixture with a fork until combined and set aside.

In a bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef with 1/2 cup of salsa and minced garlic clove.

Season the beef mixture with fresh ground pepper and kosher salt.

Form the ground beef into balls slightly larger than the rolls to account for shrinkage during cooking.

Preheat the indoor grill.

Slice the rolls in half and use them as a guide to shape the ground beef without placing raw meat on the buns.

Once the grill is preheated, place the sliders on the grill and cook until done.

Assemble the sliders by placing a teaspoon of salsa on the bottom half of each roll, followed by the cooked slider, a couple of slivers of red onion, and a spoonful of guacamole on top.
