3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Sofrito
olives
2 cans red kidney beans
1 pack of bouillon
1 pack of sazon
0.5 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon adobo
1 teaspoon complete seasoning
2 tablespoons oil
0.5 cup water

Add 1.5 cups of squash to a bowl.

Chop a few pieces of onions.

In a bowl, combine 1 pack of bouillon, 1 pack of sazon, 0.5 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of adobo, and 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning; mix well.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on high heat.

Add Sofrito and olives to the pan.

Add chopped onions to the pan.

Add half of the seasoning mix to the pan.

Add 2 cans of red kidney beans to the pan.

Add the squash to the pan.

Mix 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce with 0.5 cup of water; add to the pan.

Cover the pan and reduce heat to low; cook for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check consistency; if watery, mash some squash to thicken.

Increase heat to medium and cover; cook for an additional 10 minutes until squash is soft.

Mash a few pieces of squash to thicken the mixture further.
