Today I will show you how to make Reuben sandwich, very easy and beautiful technique.

Today I'm making four Reuben sandwiches, so to keep everything clean you will need one 15x20 sheet of parchment paper cut into 8 even pieces.

Take eight slices of rye bread, place them on a cutting board.

Take one stick of room temperature butter and spread it over the bread.

Take the parchment paper and place it on the buttered side of the bread.

Flip it.

Take one cup of russian dressing and spread it over the bread as well.

Take swiss cheese and place two slices on each bread.

Take one and a half pounds of corned beef and place two slices on each bread as well.

You will need half a pound of sauerkraut, squeeze some juice out of it and place it on four sides of the sandwich.

Wrap each sandwich into the plastic wrap and put it into the fridge for one hour.

Preheat the pan to medium heat.

Unwrap the sandwiches, remove the parchment paper and toast them on each side until golden brown in color.

Make sure not to increase the heat too high.
