Melt 6 ounces of dark chocolate and 1/2 cup of butter together in the microwave in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Allow the melted chocolate and butter mixture to cool slightly.
In a food processor, add 2 avocados, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the avocado mixture and process until smooth.
Sift together 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of erythritol, and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder into a clean bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in the food processor and pulse a few times to combine, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour the thick batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Remove the binder clips and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until the top is no longer wet but still soft.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing.
