- ●1 cup ripe avocados (about 2 medium avocados)
- ●1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ●1/2 cup maple syrup
- ●1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/2 tsp baking soda
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- 2In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth and creamy.
- 3Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the mashed avocados. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- 4If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips into the batter.
- 5Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- 7Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 8Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.

- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- 3Toss the chickpeas until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 4Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
- 6Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lime juice.
- 7Let them cool slightly before serving.
- 8Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- 9Serve as a snack or topping for salads and tacos.

- ●1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- ●1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- ●1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- ●1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- ●1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1/4 tsp salt

- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish (8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, and salt.
- 3In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter (or almond butter). Stir until melted and well combined.
- 4Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- 5Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
- 6Fold in the dried fruit and chocolate chips if using.
- 7Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- 9Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
- 10Store the granola bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

- ●1 tsp lemon juice

- 1In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, honey, Greek yogurt, water, and lemon juice.
- 2Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 3Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
- 4Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- 5Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- 6To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- 7Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy!
