Sift 3 cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 packet of fast rising yeast to the flour and mix well.
In a separate container, combine 1 cup of warm almond milk with some cooking oil and mix thoroughly.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and combine until well mixed, ensuring the yeast is evenly distributed.
Knead the dough by hand for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Grease a bowl with cooking oil, place the kneaded dough inside, and cover it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm, dark place for about 1 hour until it has tripled in size.
After the dough has risen, sprinkle flour on a clean surface and on top of the dough.
Knead the dough again for another 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, rolling each into a ball.
Flatten each ball with a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
Mix melted butter with some cooking oil and brush this mixture over the flattened dough.
Fold the dough over to create a pocket and place it on a baking sheet.
Let the shaped dough rise for an additional 30 minutes before baking.
