Rinse the figs in water, and pat dry. Cut the figs in half, removing any stems.

Add the dark chocolate to a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between until the chocolate is melted.

Dip each fig half in the melted chocolate. You can dip the whole fig or half the fig. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and allow to sit until the chocolate hardens and sets. About 5-10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
