Chop strawberries and add to a mixing bowl.

Add sugar and vanilla extract to the strawberries and mix to marinate.

In a bowl, combine 2 packs of instant pudding mix with 4 cups of whole milk.

Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk to the pudding mixture and whisk together.

Fold in 16 oz of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture gently.

For the strawberry syrup, add 1 lb of chopped strawberries and 1 cup of granulated sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the saucepan and let the mixture simmer until the sugar dissolves and the strawberries release moisture.

Mash the strawberries slightly, then blend the mixture into a puree and strain it into a squirt bottle.

Slice ripe bananas into small circles.

Layer the pudding mixture in a glass bowl starting with cookies, then bananas, marinated strawberries, and pudding, repeating the layers until the container is full.
