Vol Au Vents

1/2 cup processed cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon chopped bell pepper (red and yellow)
1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped tomato
1 tablespoon chopped green chili

Prepare the filling by mixing 1/2 cup processed cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese in a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon pizza seasoning, 1 pinch salt, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped bell pepper (red and yellow), 1 teaspoon chopped green bell pepper, 1 teaspoon chopped onion, 1 teaspoon chopped tomato, and 1 tablespoon chopped green chili to the cheese mixture and mix well.

Take the vol au vent pastry base and fill half of it with the prepared cheese mixture.

Top the filled pastry with pizza sauce and then add another layer of the cheese mixture on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Bake the vol au vents in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the pastry is crispy.

Remove from the oven and garnish with pizza sauce and chili flakes before serving.
