1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
2 habanero peppers, rough chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons allspice
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons dry thyme
1 tablespoon kosher salt
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup avocado oil
4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
1/2 yellow onion, for cooking
1 cup white rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup coconut milk
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
2 sprigs thyme

Cut green onions into one-inch pieces and place in blender.

Add 5 cloves of garlic to the blender.

Add 1/2 yellow onion in big chunks to the blender.

Slice 1 inch of fresh ginger and add to the blender.

Rough chop 2 habanero peppers (removing stems) and add to the blender.
