Toss chickpeas with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet, ensuring they have space to avoid steaming.
Roast chickpeas for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice from half a lemon, and a pinch of salt.
Chop Swiss chard, separating stems from leaves, and cut leaves in half.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, starting with the stems for 2-3 minutes before adding the leaves.
Cover skillet to trap steam and salt throughout the cooking process, sautéing for about 5 minutes until desired char is achieved.
Toast bread until golden brown, using high fiber, low calorie bread or a thick baguette/sourdough.
Spread a good amount of yogurt on the toasted bread, add sautéed chard, and top with crispy chickpeas.
Optionally crumble feta or goat cheese on top and sprinkle with finishing salt.
