Cut off excess fat from the oxtail.

Rinse the oxtail pieces.

Season the oxtail with 1 tablespoon of two seasoning, 1 teaspoon of dried seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 sliced onion and 3 whole garlic cloves to the oxtail.

Add 3 cups of water to the pot with the oxtail and cover it.

Put the pot on the fire to let the oxtail tenderize for about 1 hour.

After some time, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 teaspoon of pepper sauce to the pot.
