Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spray a 9 by 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Pour one can (10 ounces) of red enchilada sauce into the bottom of the baking dish.

Place 8 frozen beef and bean burritos in the baking dish on top of the sauce.

Pour another can (10 ounces) of red enchilada sauce over the burritos.

Sprinkle 8 ounces of finely shredded cheddar jack cheese on top of the sauce.

Drain 4 ounces of diced green chilies and sprinkle them on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle pico de gallo over the top of the dish.

Add an additional 4 ounces of cheese on top for extra flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
