1 lb saltfish
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 cloves garlic
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1/2 cup pimento peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric

Soak saltfish overnight in cold water to remove salt and soften it.

Boil the soaked saltfish for about 10 minutes.
