Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pot.

Dice 500g of Coles gravy beef into 2cm pieces.

Cook the diced gravy beef in the pot until browned.

Set the browned beef aside.

Use the oil left in the pot from cooking the beef.

Add the browned beef back into the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Transfer the pot into the oven and cook for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees Celsius.

Add one can of rinsed and drained Coles kidney beans to the pot.

Return the pot to the oven uncovered for another 10 minutes until the kidney beans are warmed through.

Cook 2 cups of rice to serve with the dish.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
