Soak rice flour in water for 2 hours.
Mix soaked rice flour with coconut milk until smooth.
Add sugar and salt to the mixture and stir well.
In a separate bowl, prepare mung beans by boiling until soft.
Grease a steaming tray with banana leaves or parchment paper.
Pour a layer of the rice flour mixture into the tray.
Add a spoonful of boiled mung beans on top of the mixture.
Cover with another layer of rice flour mixture.
Steam the tray over boiling water for 30-40 minutes until set.
Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with sesame seeds and coconut flakes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
