4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup thawed frozen artichoke hearts
1 cup zucchini

Whisk together spices in a small bowl: paprika, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Slice boneless skinless chicken into about one inch thick pieces.

Put sliced chicken into a large bowl and wash hands before proceeding.

Add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil or avocado oil to the chicken.
