Cook the couscous according to package instructions, set aside.

Chop all the vegetables. When the couscous cools down, in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the pomegranate (add pomegranate at the end).

Add the dressing at least 20 minutes before serving.

Add more salt if needed.
