Place a spoonful of the cheese filling in the center of each piece of pastry.
Fold the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal the edges.
Refrigerate the filled pastries for about 20 minutes to keep them cold.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Bake the pastries in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
