Make sure the heavy cream is very cold before starting.

Pour the heavy cream into a bottle.

Add coffee into the bottle with the heavy cream.

Shake the bottle until the mixture is thick and you no longer hear liquid sloshing around.

Pour the crema di caffe into a serving glass.

Garnish with a couple of coffee beans if desired.

Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
