2 large chicken breasts cut into chunks
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (OPTIONAL)
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder (can use fresh)
1 tsp garlic powder
4 wiri wiri peppers crushed (about 1/2 tbsp)
1/4 cup cornstarch (use more or less)
salt and black pepper to taste
oil to fry the chicken
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tsp sesame oil (OPTIONAL)
2 tbsp water to thin it out
2 tbsp oil
1 scotch bonnet pepper sliced
2 pimento peppers sliced
4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 carrots sliced
2 cups cabbage chopped into large chunks
1 large onion chopped into large chunks
extra 1 tsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (OPTIONAL)
