1/2 stick butter

Start by placing the 2 pounds of pork roast in the crock pot.

Sprinkle the packet of ranch dressing evenly over the roast.

Sprinkle the packet of au jus gravy mix over the ranch dressing.

Cut the stick of butter in half and place 1/2 stick on top of the roast.

Add 2-3 pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast and pour in some of the pepperoncini liquid.

Cover the crock pot with the lid.

Set the crock pot on low for about 4 to 6 hours.

After 5 hours, remove the lid and shred the roast with a fork, stirring it back into the juices.

Plate the shredded pork and serve with rice and steamed broccoli, drizzling some of the juices over the top.
