Baked Grouper

4 (6 oz) grouper fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the grouper fillets in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over the top, ensuring the fillets are well coated.

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fillets.
