1 tbs tomato puree
1 chopped green chili
about 30 ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
6 medium-sized potatoes parboiled in salt water
1 tsp vinegar
1 x 400ml tinned coconut milk
1/4 tsp cumin powder
juice of half a small lemon
fresh coriander
