1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.

Sprinkle half of the sugar evenly over the pastry.

Brush the melted butter over the sugar-covered pastry.

Fold the two long edges of the pastry towards the center until they meet in the middle.

Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the folded pastry and brush with more melted butter.

Fold the pastry in half along the center line, pressing down gently to seal.

Slice the folded pastry into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
