Process the marinade until smooth.

Pour the marinade over 1 pound of ranchera meat (or New York strip) in a bowl.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat marinate for approximately 1 hour.

Heat a cast iron skillet and add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the skillet is hot, add the marinated meat.

Fry the meat for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
