DELICIOUS Chicken Parmesan Meatballs in the Air Fryer | CHICKEN PARMESAN MEATBALLS

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, dry thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add egg, chopped garlic, bread crumbs, and grated parmesan cheese.

Add chopped parsley and mix well.

Portion the meat and shape it into small meatballs.

Line a rimmed baking dish with parchment paper and add the meatballs in a single layer.

Place the baking dish inside the Air Fryer basket. Air Fry at 380F for 12 minutes.

Turn the meatballs over halfway through. Cook until the meatballs are cooked through (when a meatball is cut in half, the meat should look fully cooked). The meat thermometer should read 165 degrees and above.

After the meatballs are cooked, spread the Marinara sauce over the cooked meatballs, sprinkle pepper flakes, and add the mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.

Air fry at 400F for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
