Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds if desired.
Cut the tomatoes into thin strips and then into very small cubes.
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and white parts, then cut into thin strips and chop.
Chop the onion finely.

In a container, pour olive oil and vinegar.
