Dice half an onion.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onions for about 5 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic to the onions and continue to sauté.

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet with the onions and garlic.

Season the meat with 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix everything together as the meat cooks down.

Add around 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the meat mixture and continue to mix.

Set the cooked meat aside.

Brush both sides of fajita tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Scoop two spoonfuls of the meat mixture onto one side of each tortilla.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the ground beef on the tortillas.
