Shape the dough into a boat-like form, ensuring cheese is visible.
Brush the dough with milk and bake until golden, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and crack an egg on top of each khachapuri.
Return to oven and bake until the egg is set, about 5 minutes.
