Grind fenugreek seeds and bay leaves until powdered.
Add dried coriander, savory (or sage), black pepper, and dried dill to the grinder and blend.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, Georgian five spice mix, and oil. Pour over chicken and season with salt, refrigerate overnight.
Heat water and milk to 115°F, dissolve yeast in the mixture.
Make a well in the flour, pour in the yeast mixture, and mix in oil, egg, and sugar until dough comes together.
Form dough into a soft ball, lightly oil a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Grate cheese and separate into two portions, mixing one portion with one egg and 50 grams of butter.
Knead dough with 50 grams of flour and let rest for 10 minutes.
Press dough into a flat circle with a raised edge, place cheese mixture in the center, and close edges to encase filling.
Press down into another circle with raised edges, place remaining cheese in the center, and brush outer rim with egg yolk.
Preheat oven and pizza stone to 450°F, slide dough onto the stone and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove bread, brush edges with melted butter, and serve.
