Mix 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup oil, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup hot water, and 1 teaspoon salt until a pleasant dough is obtained.
Flour the dough and place it between two baking sheets.
Roll the dough as much as possible.
Remove the top baking paper and cut circles from the dough.
Place the circles on a baking sheet and continue to form more circles out of the dough.
In a bowl, mix 150 grams of feta cheese, 150 grams of cottage cheese, and add salt to taste.
Place half a teaspoon of the cheese filling on each dough circle.
Close the pastry and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden.
