Haferflocken, Mehl und Salz in einer Schüssel vermischen.
Zucker und Hefe im Wasser auflösen und zur Mehlmischung geben.
Mit einem Holzlöffel kurz verrühren, sodass alle Zutaten verbunden sind.
Ca. 12 Stunden abgedeckt bei Zimmertemperatur gehen lassen.
Ofen auf 200 Grad Ober/Unterhitze vorheizen, eine Form (z. B. Kastenform 30 cm oder Springform 26 cm) mit je 1 EL Mehl und Haferflocken bestreuen, den Teig in die Form geben und mit dem restlichen Mehl und den Haferflocken nochmals bestreuen. Nochmal 15 Minuten gehen lassen und für 35-40 Minuten backen.
