1 kg wild boar meat, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
400 g canned tomatoes, crushed
1 cup red wine
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
